Fort Collins Connexion wants to hear directly from you. We’re inviting customers to participate in small, in-person focus group sessions where you can share honest feedback about your experience with our service.

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Location: Fort Collins (we will email you the specifics if you are selected!)
What to Expect
- Your Time: 90-minute roundtable discussion with 6-8 fellow Connexion customers
- Your Voice: Share your honest thoughts about everything from choosing Connexion to your day-to-day service experience
- Your Impact: Your feedback will directly influence how we improve our services and customer experience
Eligibility to Participate
- You must be a current Fort Collins Connexion customer
- You must be able to attend the full 90-minute in-person session in Fort Collins
- You must be fluent in English
- You cannot be a current or former Connexion employee
As a token of appreciation, participants will receive one month of free Connexion internet service credited to their account.
