Why is Connexion equipment already in my home?
Your home is already wired for Fort Collins Connexion fiber, and the equipment was left in place to make it easier for the next resident to get connected. Please leave the equipment where it is while you choose your plan and sign up for service.
Can I use the Connexion equipment that’s already here?
The equipment in your home is part of the existing Connexion setup. Once you sign up for service, our team will let you know what steps are needed to get connected.
How do I sign up for Connexion service?
Choose the residential internet plan that works best for your home and select Get Connected to start the signup process. If you’d rather talk with someone, call 970-212-2900 for help from our local Connexion team.
Which Connexion internet plan is right for me?
It depends on how you use the internet and how many people and devices are connected at once. Connexion offers residential speeds from 1 Gig to 10 Gig, with symmetrical upload and download speeds, unlimited data and no residential contracts.
Will I need an installation appointment?
Because Connexion equipment is already in your home, your setup may be different from a typical new installation. After you sign up, we’ll confirm what is needed to activate service at your address and help you through the next steps.
